A tribute to Régine Laurent.

We named all the jewellery pieces from the BOLD collection after wonderful women who inspire us to be better humans. For example, this ring takes Régine Laurent's name. Régine is an Haitian Canadian nurse who became the first black woman to head the Fédération interprofessionnelle de la santé du Québec (FlQ). She negotiated improved work conditions for health workers, and she is now head of Quebec's Special Commission on the Rights of the Child and Youth Protection.
