We named the HOMA earrings after Homa Hoodfar

With Bold, our summer collection, we want to thank all the amazing women supporting Ve since our beginning in 2013. For this reason, we decided to name all the pieces from Bold after inspiring Women around the world. We named these earrings after Homa Hoodfar. Last June, while travelling to Iran to investigate women's participation in elections in her homeland, anthropologist Homa Hoodfar was incarcerated. The reason? Her feminist writings on women's condition in Muslim countries.
